Kristen Ricordati, founder and owner of Milestone Marketing, is a dynamic force in the marketing world with more than two decades of experience in journalism, creative writing, and brand strategy. A graduate of Kenyon College’s renowned English literature program, Kristen began her career in TV and print journalism, where she excelled as a television producer at NBC News. Along the way, she authored an internationally published young adult trilogy through Macmillan and earned numerous accolades, including Emmy nominations and two Associated Press awards, showcasing her commitment to storytelling excellence and journalistic integrity.

After making her mark in journalism, Kristen transitioned into marketing, joining a prominent Columbus-based agency where she honed her skills while working with Fortune 500 companies. While thriving in a corporate setting, Kristen realized her passion for helping smaller businesses grow. She founded Milestone Marketing in 2015 with a clear mission: to offer personalized, creative, and strategic marketing solutions tailored to the unique needs and goals of small to medium-sized businesses.
